What is an appraisal?

An appraisal is to provide objective, impartial, and a totally unbiased opinion about the value of your property. In doing this I would meet you at your home and have you show me around your property because no one knows your home like you! 

While you take me on a tour through your home I would be taking notes on floor covering, fans and renovations and the unique aspects. I then carefully assemble a series of facts, statistics, and other information regarding specific properties around the area, analyse this data, and develop a estimation price of your property and what the current market would pay.

This is a free service we offer here at First National Cairns Central and gives you, the owner, a better understanding of what kind of money is achievable in the current market. This service to you only takes about 20 minutes to complete and there are no strings attached.

There is a great book on the market called "How to Sell your Home for More" that sells on Amazon for $29.95 and it is filled with tips on how to get your property ready for sale. When I come to do your appraisal I will be bringing you a complimentary copy as a thank you gift.
